We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Locations

  • We ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping over $100 (Applies to all orders over $100)

  • For orders under $100

    • $5.99 for non-rural areas by courier (Delivery in 1–3 working days, with tracking). ** If non-rural courier is selected for a rural address, the order may get delayed and additional shipping charge may be requested.

    • $9.99 for rural areas by courier (Delivery in 2–4 working days, with tracking).

    • Delivery times are estimate only. Delay is possible in some cases due to bad weather, courier peak season like Christmas, human errors, etc.
    • Shipping charges are subject to change in future.
  • Free Pickup at My Battery Store in Flat Bush, Manukau (Mon-Fri: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM) except public holidays.  For outside of our trading hours, pickup is available by appointment only.

Combined Shipping

  • Postage will be combined automatically at checkout for multiple items, ensuring the most cost-effective rate.

Shipping Origin

  • Auckland - All orders will be dispatched from our store in Auckland

Order Cut-Off Time

  • 11:00 AM (GMT+12:00) - Orders placed before 11 AM on a business day typically ship on the same day

Order Processing Time

  • Order processing time: 0-1 working day (Guideline only & delay possible)
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day from Auckland.  But, the order may be dispatched within 2 business days due to special circumstances such as the courier driver getting sick or the courier van breaking down, etc. (No dispatch on weekends & public holidays)

Tracking

  • All shipments will be dispatched by courier with tracking number, which will be emailed to you when the order is fulfilled.

  • If your email address is provided, a tracking number & invoice will be emailed  to you when the order is fulfilled. And you may check the "order status" after log in our website and clicking on the "order page".

Our Guarantee

  • We guarantee all our deliveries. (If any items are lost or damaged in the shipment, they will be replaced or refunded if a replacement is not available.)
