30-Day Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are unopened and in their original condition with Proof of purchase. All returns must originate from NZ addresses.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we fully comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Faulty/damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective (damaged) or Wrong Items Sent: We will cover the return postage costs.

No restocking fee will be charged on any returns.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund (to your credit card ) or replacement within 3 working days, based on your preference.  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to faulty items (defective or damaged) or error on our part.
